These terms cover your use of bytekind.org and the Bytekind tools, operated by Taylor Acquisitions LLC ("Bytekind," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.
Using Bytekind
You may use our tools for your own organization's work. Please don't misuse them: no illegal activity, no attempts to break or overload the service, no scraping, and no uploading content you don't have the right to use.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you enter and what the tools create for you. You give us permission to process it only so we can provide the service.
Results are a starting point
Our tools produce drafts, suggestions and checklists. Please review everything before you use it. Grant matches may change or close, letters should be checked for accuracy, and the App Safety Scanner does not guarantee an app is secure. Bytekind is not legal, financial, tax or security advice. Free and paid plans
Free tiers may have limits. Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period. One-time purchases are not recurring. If something isn't right, email info@bytekind.org within 14 days of a charge and we'll work with you on a fair refund. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bytekind will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you use only free tools).
Ending access
You can stop using Bytekind anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
